Employees are under permanent training and we also recruit workers through close cooperation with vocational training centres. That is why we are continuously improving our quality management (ISO 9001) and technological-systems (DIN 18800-7); training employees permanently for quality-consciousness (self-control), we modernize applied technologies, always ensuring that our production is continuous and in high quality. 

In order to get the best purchasing-prices of raw-materials we intend to procure the used materials and core-components straight from manufacturers. As per usual we conform ourselves to the ruling challenges of all over the world, we are searching for potentials in our markets, developing our products.
