General activities:

• Welding and mechanical activities up to 24 tons weightlimit
• Surface-treatment, surface-protection (sand-blasting acc. SA 2,5, 1 or 2 components priming, lacquering in painting-shop)
• Machining / turning

Machine-manufacturing:

Machine-manufacturing is our strength, a most important keystone of our company. We attend developing of new and serial products, focusing on feasibility and cost-effective production at all time. At the moment we are manufacturing in our work-shops self-operable serial-products assembled with electrical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics. We steadily pursuing our aim to develop own, merchantable products with the intention of moving forward in our market-position. We have the relevant experience and good references in the field of machinery components manufacturing.

Products:air to air heat-exchangers/coolers and systems, industrial conveyor-systems,metal constructions and machinery components, for automobile-producers as well, industrial dampers, equipments for power-plants, etc.

Steel-constructions:

The different kinds of steel-structures are manufactured by us after well prepared manufacturing-documents under the best manufacturing-technology solutions. The steel-structures are manufactured under the ruling technical requirements with fit welding-procedure by our qualified welders. Products surfaces are treated according to Customer specifications: sand-blasted, primed, lacquered with 1 or 2 components painting system, hot-dip galvanized, or powder-coated.

Products: Bridge-components, steel-halls, steel-stairs and fences, galvanized platforms, etc.

Industrial assembly:

We are able to complete our self-made steel-constructions by our well-skilled staff (welders, iron-workers, fitters)e on site of installation. Over and above we provide our experienced, qualified welders, iron-workers and fitters for industrial installation tasks.

Cooperations: We have established large supplier networking, and fair business-relationships with the local metal-workers, what further broadens the range of our activities. 

Common used steel-sorts, raw-materials:

• Carbon-steels: S235, S355, etc.;
• Weather- and heat resistant steels: 16Mo3, P265GH, etc..;
• Tempered steels: 10CrMo9-10, 13CrMo44, etc.; ;
• Stainless-steels: 1.4301, 1.4401, etc.
• Aluminium tempers.

Welding-methods: MIG/MAG, TIG/WIG

Control-methods of weld-seams:

Visual testing (VT), penetration (PT), magnet-powder testing (MT) – by cooperation, ultrasonic-testing (UT) – by cooperation, x-ray testing (RT) – by cooperation. These tests are made under control and supervision of our welding-engineer.
